1. Meaning of Words and Expressions

In these conditions the following words and expressions have the following meanings:

• "Account" refers to your MONYMARKET wallet account with us, registered in your verified name.
• "Security Details" refer to the identifying words, password, name, and other personal identifiable information (PII) and phone numbers agreed between you and us, which are used in the security procedure.
• "Our/us/we" refers to the MONYMARKET P2P exchange platform.
• "Exchange Rate" refers to the currency exchange rate set by individual users."
• "Sender" refers to the customer who sends money to the recipient.
• "Recipient" refers to the person who receives the money.
• "Customer/you/your" refers to the person(s) who registered for the MONYMARKET wallet service.
• "MONYMARKET wallet/The service" refers to the use of our online platform to submit transaction details and instructions to us.

2. MONYMARKET Wallet service

2.1 The MONYMARKET wallet service is available to you 24 hours a day. While we will make every effort to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, we shall not be held liable for any partial or complete failure to do so resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to any suspension of the Service due to maintenance and upgrades of our own or third-party systems used to provide the Service.

2.2 We aim to process instructions received through the Service on any business day promptly. Generally, the recipient of the funds will receive them within 48 hours under normal circumstances.

2.3 You are solely responsible for all transactions carried out using the Service and the payment of any debt that arises from such transactions.

2.4 We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, withdraw, or restrict the use of the Service or any part thereof if we have reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Service, or if there are outstanding debts on your account.

2.6 We reserve the right to de-register you from the Service under certain circumstances, including but not limited to, situations where:

• Your proof of identification has expired.
• Your identity cannot be verified.
• You have a record of financial crime with government agencies.
• You have not logged in or utilized the Service within three months of registering.
• You have not used the Service for over 13 months.

Should we de-register you from the Service based on any of the reasons, you will be required to re-register if you wish to utilize the Service in the future.

2.6. To terminate your subscription to the Service, please provide us with written notice of your intent to do so. Please be advised that the termination of your subscription will only become effective upon our receipt of your written notification.

3. Security

3.1 Upon registering for our service, it is imperative that you maintain the confidentiality of your password at all times. If you choose to record your password, it is essential that you make reasonable efforts to conceal it and refrain from sharing it with any third party.

3. Please note that any confidential code you provide to the recipient for the purpose of collecting funds may be subject to modification by our system for security reasons and to mitigate the risk of fraudulent activity.

5.General

5.1 We reserve the right to vary these conditions and to introduce a charge for using the service but we will give you reasonable notice before we do so.

5.2 We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that transmissions passing over the Internet remain confidential and are not interfered with. However, we cannot completely guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any information passing over the Internet or that it will not be interfered with and by MONYMARKET walletservice you are prepared to give us instructions on this basis.

5.3 If you contact us by telephone we may record or monitor calls in order to avoid possible misunderstandings and help maintain customer service.

5.4 These conditions are subject to English law.
